From Cambridge , B 28 is visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible at around 18:25 (EST) as the dusk sky fades, 77° above your south-eastern horizon. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 18:49, 78° above your southern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 00:42, when it sinks to 22° above your western horizon.
