From South El Monte , PN-G163.1-00.8 is visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible around 17:46 (PST), 24° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 23:29, 81° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 05:30, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
