From South El Monte , Sharpless 124 is visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible around 19:01 (PDT), 70° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 19:55, 73° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 02:20, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
