From South El Monte , UGC 3554 is visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible around 18:13 (PST), 39° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 22:36, 80° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 04:38, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
