From South El Monte , Abell cluster 63 is visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible around 17:58 (PST), 47° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 21:37, 74° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 03:59, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
