From South El Monte , Collinder 359 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 21:12 (PDT), 37° above your south-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 00:18, 58° above your southern horizon. It will be lost to dawn twilight at around 04:36, 22° above your western horizon.
