From Cambridge , NGC1245 is visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible around 17:24 (EST), 47° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 21:26, 85° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 04:21, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
