From South El Monte , NGC2128 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 18:26 (PST), 56° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 20:51, 66° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 03:42, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
