From South El Monte , NGC2315 is visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible around 18:24 (PST), 48° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 21:57, 73° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 04:22, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
