From South El Monte , NGC2521 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 18:49 (PST), 56° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 21:09, 66° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 04:00, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
