From South El Monte , Shakhbazian 133 will become visible at around 19:59 (PDT), 49° above your north-western horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then sink towards the horizon, becoming tricky to observe after 23:31 when it dips 21° above your north-western horizon.
