From South El Monte , Shakhbazian 133 will become visible at around 20:48 (PDT), 60° above your north-western horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then sink towards the horizon, becoming tricky to observe after 01:50 when it dips 21° above your north-western horizon.
