From South El Monte , Sharpless 147 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 19:12 (PDT), 53° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 21:52, 65° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 04:46, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
