From Fairfield , Sharpless 148 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 17:36 (EST), 70° above your northern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 18:31, 72° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 02:24, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
