From Cambridge , UGC 178 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 17:29 (EST), 61° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 20:10, 84° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 03:09, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
