From South El Monte , UGC 3146 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 18:23 (PST), 57° above your northern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 19:49, 60° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 03:11, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
