From South El Monte , UGC 3446 is visible all night. It will become visible at around 18:45 (PST), 63° above your northern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 19:41, 64° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 02:39, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
