From South El Monte , UGC 831 is visible in the evening sky, becoming accessible around 17:53 (PST), 78° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 18:46, 85° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 00:37, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
