From Columbus , the Pacman Nebula is visible all night. It will become visible at around 18:16 (EST), 66° above your north-eastern horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. It will then reach its highest point in the sky at 19:56, 73° above your northern horizon. It will continue to be observable until around 03:26, when it sinks below 21° above your north-western horizon.
