The planets Jupiter and Mars will make a close approach, passing within 2°12' of each other.

From Jacksonville , the pair will become visible at around 19:43 (EDT), 33° above your south-western horizon, as dusk fades to darkness. They will then sink towards the horizon, setting at 23:25.
